Our process

As of February 2026, we have now moved our process to in-house*!

Having used suppliers & partners to produce our products since we started Tight Five, we got frustrated with the lack of control around manufacture, as well as the quality control. That is why we have now started embroidering all our caps in house. Learning to embroider was a learning curve, and in the short term, you may notice a slightly reduced product offering, but in the long-run we know this will allow us to explore different opportunities, and bring you the best service we can. 

It also means we can do custom embroidery for little extra cost, passing on the bulk savings to you. Get in touch if you have a custom project you would like to explore further!

*Initially just caps, with the aim to embroider sweats & tees in house ASAP. Printed shirts will still be outsourced, for now...
